Uncle Ronnie is a canon character actually! He’s mentioned in the early seasons of the show along with an aunt.
He’s actually apparently credited to Randy Mulkey though, who’s in season 4, episode 11. I attached a photo of the actor and his scene. So sadly he’s not canonly much of a loving uncle at least after Mickey comes out but it’s never exactly conflicted that he couldn’t have been a decent uncle beforehand?
But like all Milkovich extended family, not really a good family tree on who is exactly related to who. He could be Sandy’s dad or Jamie/Joey/etc. It’s kinda of fun to see how people set them up! *Im pretty sure in season 3 it’s also Randy Mulkey playing his cousin in 3x05?
