What this means:

He was named after his GRANDMOTHER, what more do i have to say??

He was willing to endure serious amounts of pain to avoid admitting what his name is

He utterly detests his name

He literally has a deadname. His legal name is Courtney, and he hates that, going to the extent of threatening the people who just found out.
