Uncle Bobby

So in my Spanish class this year for Day of the Dead we had to make an Ofrenda. It could be for anyone who has died as long as they were in your family. For me, most of the family members that I have that had died happened when I was little so I don’t remember them. And I couldn’t bring myself to ask my mom to tell me about her dead mother and father. So now I’m not sure who do make mine for. After a while of thinking I remember a beautiful quote “Family don’t end in blood” so I decided it doesn’t have to end in reality either.

I made my ofrenda for Bobby Singer. Claiming he was my Uncke Bobby. Honestly on of the proudest moments of my life. Only one person in my class caught it and didn’t say anything to me until the next day.

And that’s the story of how I convince my Spanish teacher that I was related to Bobby Singer.
