List of why I’m feeling good to review when I’m not feeling as good.

This weekend I ran in Central Park with a friend and we went on the swings after. Then I watched my favorite TV show, a half-hour of four people talking about movies that you can watch on demand. Then I read my new book which is a practical guide to being a new parent. Then I spent five+ hours with a crew of queer/trans/GNC/and a couple ally-type people, most of whom I’d never met before, and not once was I asked about WHAT I DO. Then I watched the live “All for One” episode from earlier in the day. Then Sunday I had a good solo workout at the gym and continued to get incrementally closer to my goals. Then I bought realistic groceries for the next couple of meals. Then I started making headway on reserving things for my next vacation. And now I’m about to shower, prep dinner, and watch a DVD.
