Romance and Anger Don’t Mix: Saturday Six-Word Story Prompt Unprovoked anger quickly ended her relationship. Written for the Saturday Six-Word Story Prompt from My Random Ramblings. The prompt today is Anger.
Anger - How it affects You
Anger – How it affects You
Anger, madness or hot-temper doesn’t need to be explained because everyone experiences it once in a while though some people seem to be in that state of mind more often than others. Uncontrolled anger has done a lot of harm to humanity, who among us has not been affected by anger even in our immediate families? A good strategy is to know when to walk away, quit, avoid and let go of our ego…

It'll get worse before it gets better.
Really? Is all of this rage and anxiousness part of it? I had a panic attack in the middle of a grocery store because Germans have no idea what personal space is!? Why must they crowd while in mind for check out? Does getting that close to the person in front of you help the cashier scan faster?? No! It doesn’t! Bah!!! For real though, I haven’t been able to accomplish anything today. I saw the mess left over from my room rearranging last night and turned around. I’m so angry I began yelling at the baby. This is not me. This is not normal. In my head every other word is a four letter one. I am shaking im so mad. And over nothing. I can logically say there’s nothing to be raging at, and yet I feel like I can’t control it. I want to throw my phone at something hard so it will shatter because it keeps auto-correcting the wrong dang words! Tell me this goes away.
Holy Shit!
My neighbor wanting me to get rid of my roosters spent this week circulating a petition around the neighborhood forcing me to get rid of my birds. Apparently he didn’t muster the support he was hoping for. He complained to the sheriff who told him it’s out of their jurisdiction.
So, he came to our canyon civic association meeting tonight and completely lost it. It was shocking, he was screaming, and at one point slammed his hand against the wall. Pleading for relief from the constant 24 hour a day / 7 day a week crowing*. To be honest his outburst completely freaked me out. The entire room was shocked, but it really scared me.
The only positive in this incredibly embarrassing situation is that now everyone knows the kind of anger that has been directed at me over the past couple of months.
At the insistence of several people, I will be going to go talk to the sheriff tomorrow, I’m worried that this guy, as angry as he is could harm me or my animals.
The saddest part is that he doesn’t even realize that I am paring down my roosters, but finding homes for them takes time.
I don’t think that he expected me to be in the meeting, or knew that I head up the Fire & Safety Committe for the canyon, so I know everyone.
I just want this to go away, but I do not see it ending well.

*Huge exaggeration on the crowing. I work at home and sleep much closer to the roosters than he is. I KNOW when they are crowing.
