Question for any Schizophrenic/ Schizo-spec out there :

Does anyone else struggle with Empathy? Ever since I've been doing worse mentally, my Empathy has gone down even more. Humans piss me off more and more and I'm prone to increased agitation aswell. If i remember correctly, it can be a symptom of psychosis, so i wanted to ask if others deal with this too?
