The sight was almost disheartening to witness. A forest once brimming with life, both physical and mystical, lie in a dismal state. The ground razed and the trees burned into charcoal and ash. It was a sorry sight indeed. Nonetheless Kesil trekked within the forest's depths, armed with whatever was on his person.

There were legends about this place. Like how the fountain of youth used to be guarded here. While magic wasn't something abnormal, Kesil doubted something so important would be here. However, as he wandered further he came across a place that was...out of place with the rest of the forest. An area that might've been inhabited sometime before. A questionable look graced his features as he sidestepped something he felt would hit him.
