Wandering Oddities

The amalgamate was...exhausted. Recent events have left him dearth of time to simply relax. Their wanderings had led them roundabout the Underground in myriad dangerous and exciting situations.

And so very exhausting! So Wander dragged their body back to Waterfall, far too drained to even reach their normal haunts. Instead he slumped against a wall next to a waterfall and stared at the glowing river just a short jaunt away. A feature of one of the areas he preferred to relax in. But damn it all, his legs already stopped moving and he wasn’t about to make the effort to put them back in motion.  Rather than push their weary limbs even more, he was content to just slide down the wall, stretch out their legs, and just relax.

(So what now?) (Menial tasks until we pass out.)

From their cloak he removed a small red hardcover book and a pen. A wisp pops into view just above the notebook and the hooded figure proceeds to scribble on a blank page. As relaxing and simple as the task was, Wander knew the calm wouldn’t last. He could practically hear the footsteps of the next intrusion on their peaceful state...

( A young spider can be seen, having recently graduated Spider College and gaining a General Business Degree. The  spider appears to be wearing a suit and tie. They appear eager to join the cause and help raise money to be donated to Spiders. He’s apparently packing several suitcases, a stray emerald curtain lays on a chair... It appears he intends to go somewhere... The memory fades from there. Perhaps sending some more may reveal more of the past. )

-We usually keep some yarn in our lairs, kinda picked up on making bracelets out of them. Its nice to just zone out a bit while working on one. Relaxing in a way.-

-I taught him how to make the simple stuff. I like any handicrafts really, its just fun to make stuff. Making little stone figures is the easiest for me, for obvious reasons.-
