It really just varies from person to person. Honestly, you should do what you want, regardless of gender. But I would base the decision off the shape of your face.
exactly, i mean, i want a haircut that will compliment my face in such a way as help me pass more, and not accentuate its feminineness. so usually what i want usually gets thrown out the window with that in mind
