While Horrortale feels like a world that has slid very far towards the edge of madness and barbaric cruelty, @under-tomb​ is definitely an AU that leaped off that cliff and did a backflip and a swan dive on the way down. But even they can have some levity.

Tried my best to reflect Sans’ giant tusks, that would definitely get in the way of talking.

Sans

It is stated by one of the creators that Sans is the most passive out of the bunch (don’t quote me on this lol). I imagine that if he’s interested in someone, he wouldn’t be very obvious about it. Perhaps small things to make it known, like helping you around the house, following you where you go, stuff like that. Nothing that he says would make it seem like he likes you and it’s purposeful, he wouldn’t want to feel embarrassed if his feelings weren’t reciprocated.

When you get into the relationship however, I feel as if not much would change. He’d possibly start being more protective over you, following you closely in public, growling at people who come a bit too close, etc etc, but on the other side of the coin, Sans might just not care and let you do what you want. He’d see failures and pain as a learning curve.

That of course doesn’t mean he doesn’t care about you, he loves you, but being brought up in a world such as Undertomb, with having animalistic attributes to his overall character, of course he would believe tough love to be the best for your nativity. Whenever you’d get hurt, he’d look after you and take care of you, but he wouldn’t help you in the beginning unless you were just about ready to die or fall unconscious.

Papyrus

Papyrus, however, has no sense of personal space. He has no clue what “too much” is, he’d be dropping hints left and right as soon as he starts becoming interested. He’d nuzzle up towards you, bring gifts and food, and overall be an incredibly loving monster. You’d know very soon into his infatuation that he had a thing for you, but even so, I have a feeling that he would want to take his time before actually starting a relationship. If you confess your feelings before he was ready, he’d straight out reject you, but would still state that he was interested.

When in the relationship, he’d become a lot more possessive, but also while having the ability to understand when enough is enough. He’d be around you constantly to make sure that you’re safe and well looked after, he would trust you around his brother, no matter your relationship with said skeleton, and overall be the best bonefriend he could possibly be.

Hugs and cuddles are a necessary, and he loves being given pet names (aka “pookie”, as mod addy stated). He’ll crawl right up to you like the cryptid murder man that he is, and awkwardly wrap his entire body around you like a snake or something. He’s creepy, but he’s awfully lovable.

Undyne

Now this lady would take ages to win over. I have a feeling that you would have to be a monster to win her over, as she kills humans almost instantly on the spot. Perhaps you were a long term friend, or a trusted guardsman. Whatever you were, you would have to know her for a long ass time for her to start catching feelings for you. And as soon as she realises her feelings, she’d be in denial for a couple months or so. She’d lock herself away from you, ignoring whatever you had to say, shouting at you, stuff like that. She’s just very confused, and has no idea how to handle her emotions.

The only way you’d get into a relationship with her was after she finally accepted her feelings towards you. You wouldn’t have spoken for a long time, and then suddenly she appears on your doorstep proclaiming her want to be your girlfriend, freshly killed humans in a bag dropped in front of you. It’s her gift to you, and whether you accept or deny her, it doesn’t matter, because unless you’re dead, there’s no way you’re getting out of this relationship.

She’d be the worst out of the lot: way too protective for her own good. She’d constantly have you on her mind and you’d pretty much be the housewife/houseman/houseperson within the family. She’d come home from a long day and plonk herself on your lap, no matter your size, and demand love and affection. On occasion she would return with food and sometimes Papyrus, but it would mostly be a domestic family relationship with her. She’d probably steal someone’s kid to solidify that idea if you can’t reproduce with her.

Does Papyrus cook spaghetti too? And if so, does he do it the same way that Classic Papyrus cooks?

IIRC he cooks the human meat! Which is unusual as most monsters eat it raw, so other monsters tend to think he’s a bit of a weirdo. So he makes odd cooked human meat dishes. :>

Listen, I understand that I uploaded a chapter about three hours ago, but I think I’ve established that I make bad decisions after midnight and it is technically tomorrow. So I’m posting the chapter super early and no one can stop me!
