Results of my book trade-in. ☺
For myself: a used, hardback of Undertow by Michael Buckley.🧜🏻♀️ For my lil bro: a used, hardback of Infinity by Sherrilyn Kenyon. 😈
He has been hunting for the hardback to complete his collection. So, when I came across it I had to grab it. He is VERY happy!! 😄

RAGING SEA
The next book in the Undertow trilogy came out on February second and I have to say, I was impressed. I didn’t think that the second book could be as good as the first, and I was wrong; it was better.
There was so much tension and feeling. I couldn’t stop reading. In fact, I didn’t go to bed until I finished it at 5:00 AM and I read it in less than twelve hours. Michael Buckley has proved to me, once again (as he has many times through the years, since I first started reading The Sisters Grimm) that he is an amazing writer.
The romance doesn’t dominate the book, which I find refreshing and to be perfectly honest, awesome. I love romance and cheesy couple things, but sometimes, it is a wake up call to read something that doesn’t have the romance front and center. It shows - at least to me - that sometimes in life you have to make hard decisions and that you can’t always lean on the one you love - sometimes, you got to do it on your own.
There was amazing character development and secrets were exposed. I loved every page of Raging Sea.
My only complaint is that I have to wait for the next book for at least a year.
How we feel about going home to read RAGING SEA by @michaelbuckleywrites after work today.
Happy pub date to RAGING SEA, book 2 in the Undertow Trilogy by @michaelbuckleywrites. Is it on your reading list?
Honestly, my only problematic fave in The Sisters Grimm is Michael Buckley himself.
