28 year-old Lee Kangjin is working multiple jobs to save enough for his final year of college. One day a lawyer got in touch with him declaring him as the heir of Kim Bok Rae's 8-billion-won property. He initially declined the offer thinking that they got the wrong person, but he later found out that Mrs. Kim was his great grand aunt. He was to inherit the whole building in 5 year's time, but the catch was he has to operate the restaurant on the first floor for at least 5 years. He doesn't have to worry about the operations cost or his tuition fee as long as he follows a few conditions: 1) he must open from 11PM to 1AM, 2) he must serve everyone even though they don't offer payment, 3) accept any payment customers offer, 4) open year-round except Sundays. Despite the strange circumstances, Kangjin accepted the terms and his new life. Armed with his great grand aunt's recipe book, he opened the restaurant doors only to find out soon enough that their clientele are souls wandering the earth.
