I don't know where to put this

Note to self: I have the urge to write this down. I was really anxious when trump came into office and had like anxiety attacks and could barely go outside half the time. I had racing thoughts as to how undocumented folx would be taken into custody, deported, gathered or put into something like internement camps. It wouldn't be able to move and be paralyzed. It's 2018 and some version of all this has happened. Its annoying, frustrating, gets me angry, sad, scary, and so many mixed emotions. I want to use my energy to resist and also just simply live my life.

Whatever is happening I recognize there's community organizing happening, there's direct actions taking place, there's people out there to support me and to support you in whatever is going on. Hoping you can feel that you are not alone 💛
