I don’t know how hard your hard times are, but it helps me to really take it hour by hour, day by day. Make a routine and plan what you want to do when. Plan in relaxation and nice things and the chores. Maybe what you want to eat that day or things to remember; like staying hydrated and breathing deeply every now and then. At the end of the day, think about what went well. Be proud of yourself. Just do what you can, you will get through this xxxx

Oh, that's such a beautiful message, Meri, aw, seriously... I do agree with you, remembering about good things, nice things? It's really important... I try to take care of moments like this... Bc without them I'd lose myself completely in the sea of pain, hurt, sorrow and loneliness...
