Hi no pictures yet cuz I forgot but I gave Ace his hat and he hated it lmao, I’m making him wear it anyways but I found it funny that none of the brothers enjoyed when I gave them their hats

What kinda dynamic are you thinking? Any details/specifs would help me decide how/if to write this etc. And to help with that I’ll give you the main idea I have if I’m gonna write this;

Tannhauser for some reason I’ll figure out later; needs help getting repairs while they’re cut off from the others. Oran of course as a healer steps up to the tasks, and figures out the main problem is that there’s too much tension in the metal man’s systems. Leading to him being like ‘dude, you’re gonna have the equivalent of a robot aneurism if you don’t calm down’ and Tanny being like ‘I’m not exactly human anymore’ and Oran being like ‘I’m willing to work around that :]’ and sticking his hand in the man’s wires lmao.

To put it more crudely: It would have the focus be on Tannhauser getting jacked off by Oran and said bird doing it to help his friend without really being turned on by it himself. Like a scientist watching a specimen do weird things and mentally taking notes.

Major plot spoilers in this, just incase anyone plans to play the game!

I love ACT so much, every aspect is awesome and cools. Firth is the bastard ever and he’s perfect. I could tell he was gonna betray us like 2 seconds after meeting him. I knew in my heart he’d be the final boss. Although the kind of surprised me with when exactly his place was solidified, for awhile it seemed like he would actually stick by our side instead of going against us. The best part is that he became a villain largely because of Kril’s actions. Firth was always greedy, he’s a loserman who’s only friend is the microplastics he has in his pockets. And then the treasure hunt started and it seemed like he’d actually made friends, and then everyone got more annoyed with him being himself as time went on. But it was fine enough, he was still nice and was honestly changing for the better, even planning to give all the treasure to charity if he was the one who found it. And then Kril go my angry at Roland and knocked the entire boat into The Unfathom aka the Drain and what me and my friends have been calling it biblical hell (for context the Drain is crab hell, or at least implied to be crab hell.) So anyways to make matters worse, the treasure ended up being worthless, absolutely nothing. So imagine being in Firth’s position, you’re happy and getting close to making real friends, your life is going pretty great, then one of your new friends sends you and a bunch of other people to hell over treasure that ended up not being worth anything, so suddenly you’re in a place you don’t want to be in and have practically had your life thrown away for absolutely nothing. That moment solidified Firth as an opponent, and it was Kril’s fault. I have more words to say to make this more coherent but I’m busy so I’ll do that a different time probably

Damn yeah understandable that he became big bad guy. I would too if the guy I just met and had been getting attached to turned on me and threw our lives away into Eeby Deeby over something that turned out to be worthless.

AND I love when the main Character gets so caught up in ‘the quest’/‘the goal’ that they start treating people like shit, and you KNOW that this was something that did not need to happen, that SHOULDNT have happened. And bam, suddenly the person you thought was on your side starts seeing you as the enemy.

Hi hello hi!! I normally wouldn’t reappear in an inbox but you’re the only Rotgrind enjoyer I’ve interacted with so you get to be subject to my song choices for characters. (Note that if you don’t want me to appear here with songs and such just let me know and I’ll take my leave lol.)

I’m a big enjoyer of The Crane Wives and have to connect every character I ever love to a song, the Rotgrind crew is no different, although some choices are still a bit shaky. I feel you on that one though, listening to songs and imagining your favorite characters is the best thing. Might I suggest Metaphor for Rehua? It’s got the same eerie vibe that fits a being of anarchy :] for the rest of them you are spot on with your decisions! Orans especially, for him I’m stuck between Canary and Predator bc I love a feral character

I homebrewed a DnD race in the span of 2 hours, I’m working on their language and base level drawn depictions of each subrace now, I love being insane over TTRPG related things :]

Uh, hello!! I don’t often request things, especially not writing, but you’re my favorite writer when it comes to Rotgrind fics (even moreso cuz you’re one of the only ones, but nonetheless.)

I was wondering if you could write hurt/comfort with Oran and Vina? More specifically something of Oran getting injured in a fight and prioritizing healing others over himself, eventually leading to him near collapsing from something (exhaustion, blood loss, etc.) and Vina taking care of him? Apologies if this is too specific or anything, I just love pirate mom and her bird son. If you don’t want to write this specific thing then I’d be happy with any hurt/comfort of these two. And of course if you don’t want to write anything for this it’s perfectly fine, thanks for taking the time to read my request at all, I appreciate it!!

Poor Oran who cares for others more than himself and Vina, who puts so much pressure on herself to be a better person than who she was before!
