Just a lil warning guys: I will very likely unfollow every single one of you the second I get a better relationship with the notif tab and if I do that idk if I'll follow you back so. Yknow. Don't get too attached
Well Megan just said she doesn’t have Snapchat so we all got bamboozled WHOOPS
Does anyone had the experience of unfollowing by accident especially you scroll down on mobile and you see your mutuals and there is that button 'UNFOLLOW' ? It makes me scared because I scroll down with my thumb and accidentally hit unfollow button of my rp mutual blogs on dash. It made me anxious because I don't want my mutuals to think I am unfollowing them out of nowhere and refollow them for ill or annoying purposes. Because it's an accident, especially when you're out and about. Now I need to be careful when I scroll down. Tumblr needs to do something about that. There is no reason to set it up.
It actually makes me super sad to see the amount of blogs I unfollowed following yesterday. Blogs that I liked the writing of, blogs that were actually great. But after reading some of the bullshit that people behind those blogs decided to put public… no thank you. Being sad about how things ended is a different thing than being hateful towards someone or saying that someone didn’t deserve what they’ve got. So, yeah, just wanted to say that it makes me super sad how many people showed their true colors.
I love unfollowing people. It's so fun. It's so free. It's a truly enlightening experience.
Like, wow! What an unsavory, dogshit opinion to put before my eyes! I could keep scrolling and tolerate you, but where's the fun in that! This is the internet! There is no shortage of friends to make! Bon voyage, you dumb hateful bitch!
Does anyone here knows how to mass unfollow (for ex. select all the acc you want to unfollow and unfollow them in bulk)
because I'm pretty sure im fillowing loads of dead acc etc and it's pissing me off but i don't want to change accounts this one is old af and i want to keep it
Ok, people. Boys and Girls. Girls who are boys and boys who are girls. And those who don't want to be any. Children of nature in general.
It's time we understand a simple rule of the Internet. From a person who doubles your age or represents the same age as three of you underage kids whom I'm asking AGAIN, formally, with this post, if you couldn't read this blog's description. PLEASE GO AWAY. LEAVE, UNFOLLOW, AND DON'T INTERACT WITH MY POSTS.
When you decide to navigate this vast universe called the Internet, and more specifically this hell site that is tumblr. Where every and any niche is available for you to choose. It's considered bad manners to go to your neighbor, who has a backyard that is next to your backyard and tell them you don't like or have strong opinions about their bushes. Even if just the look of those bushes gives you the heebie-jeebies and DON'T LIKE THEM OR UNDERSTAND THEM. Or even if you just BELIEVE THINGS ABOUT THEM BECAUSE A COUSIN THAT LIVES IN JAMAICA told you that they “PROBABLY” cause them balls to shrink.
DO NOT INTERACT. Go away. Be grateful for your BACKYARD and all those people you find over there, and on tumblr to share your love for roses and other beautiful flowers You enjoy cultivating and care about. If you stay away from the malign bushes that make you angry or give you some sort of bad feelings because you watched a TikTok that said those bushes are mean. They are not going at you and molest you. Those bushes are there for other people to enjoy, trim, and care about with other bush enthusiasts.
If the sole existence of those bushes or just looking at them from afar makes you feel sad, wrong or makes you uncomfortable. I can assure you, there are several ways you can put a wall between your precious mental health and those evil bushes. Block, Unfollow, use the filters that this hell site has and, at least for me, are the only things that work perfectly here.
But even with all this information or possibilities at your hand to protect yourself and save you from a bad moment. You still believe, you need to go to your neighbor's yard and yell at him and the people who care about those bushes. And even yell at the bushes itself THINGS YOU PERSONALLY BELIEVE ABOUT WHY THEY ARE BUSHING TOGETHER FREE AND HAPPY SO CLOSE TO YOUR BACKYARD and all the things you assume about how despicable, malignant and abhorrent they are.
But most important, just let it be. Anything you don't like in your incursions to the Internet, just move on and ignore those things that don't affect you, and you are not even sure if they affect others. Believe me, that's the way you WIN on the Internet.
There are blogs, topics, scenarios, and ships that aren't meant for you. That's why they are so terribly abhorrent to think about or even be close to. That's why there is so much space here, Gigas, Terabytes and Petabytes of those things you enjoy consuming. They are over there in other backyards. You are not Dean and Castiel. Only them can't stay apart from each other, despite all the space surrounding them, leaving the minimal space for the Holy Spirit because Jesus can't fit. That's why He always uses all the space they aren't using, when he hears what they are thinking about each other. No, You have all the space to create your own garden, away from the things that hurt your eyes or ruin your aesthetic.
Please consider using this video, that I, personally, take as an Instruction manual on: What you shouldn't do on the Internet, and how not to fail at being human in a virtual environment.
Please and thank you.
