▽ Why did you create this muse?

Good question.

I have this other OC @escapedartgeek who i cherish and adore and made some cool friends on there. 

One of them was @djtothestars who had a really cool muse based in space. And I saw a number of other space based muses and so I kind of wanted to find a way to get in on that rad, space action. However, I wasn’t particularly interested in writing a canon muse.

So when I was thinking about it, I talked to djtothestars about it and it was kind of a lark idea to make a dark matter personification. I thought it was too strange to be interesting but I got some encouragement and more inspiration. 

And uh a while of writing and formulating later - you have the big weirdo I have now.

You know I'm biased because I think you're the bee's pajamas in general, but I think the way you write Ati is perfect for a concept like dark matter-- she's not completely unknowable, but I always get the sense that there are depths hidden that will never be easy to reach. And her high adaptability to circumstances, universes, etc definitely suggests an expansiveness that overrides illusions of 'space' and 'time' and other divisions that mortal creatures are accustomed to.

[aww you’re the bee’s pajamas too mate. Ahh, I really appreciate the way you descriibe that. She’s got layers many of which are incredibly hard to reach so it’s good that you’ve picked up on that. And the expansiveness is ugh yes. I’m glad that it comes through just because she is so ..vast, and practically boundless so it isn’t surprising that she can end up in whatever.

Well, she will be dog-mom to a large, fluffy beast known as Kodaav after the civil war wraps up. Rikke had always loved dogs and wanted one, but was too worried about what might happen to it in battle. Either way, she can’t resist petting a dog when she sees one. Actually if Ulfric wants to make a strong case for her switching sides, a basket of puppies would be the way to go, (and I am only slightly kidding about that).
