I PLAYED MYSELF

Remember the post I made at 4:30 am?? I set my alarm clock, went to sleep, the alarm woke me and then I woke up at 8:35. WHILE THE EXAM WAS AT 8:30.

I shot out of the bed, got clothed in record time, then ran to uni without any breakfast and so on. AND THEY LET ME IN (after I explained what happened and the examinors decided that I am indeed saying the truth and deserve the chance to write this exam) I am sobbing, never again am I staying late like this cdgbekvdfbvcjdfhjvneibvuiuir

God, I feel like dying atm. The past few weeks were super busy, what with tests and different projects demanding my attention, so I didn’t have time to sit down and properly get a presentation ready for a seminar I have on Monday.

Now I’m sitting in front of my PC and trying to mash together all the useful information about X-ray crystallography in a 10 minute presentation AND I’M DYING BC THIS TOPIC IS SO GRAND, WHY DO YOU EXPECT ME TO MAKE IT ONLY 10 MINUTES. I mean, I get one of the students were sick and thus he’s gonna present with the two of us at the same hour but like still, even the original 15 minutes was bullshit.

Not to mention the fact I just can’t stop stressing about the labs and test I have on Monday, to which I haven’t prepared yet (I mean, I haven't properly sat down and studied for them) as well bc there were other tests before those.

I got up at 5:45 today only to learn that the lecture room is full when I arrived to the test and so I have to wait an hour for the second tour.

I FRICKEN SLEPT 5 HOURS, AND I COULD HAVE SLEPT FOR 6!? ARE YOU FOR REAL??

Guys y’all have no idea how much I hate machinery/technical drawing.

That moment when you keep calling someone a doctor and then you realise they've been a professor all along.

Also that moment when after you apologise, they look at you blankly for a few seconds and then blurt out "that's fine, I actually forgot I'm a professor" and then they shrug "it's not like i care about this bullshit anyway" and continue with the conversation.
