I'm going back to the Hollow knight phase I had during the pandemic... ANYWAYS

I have this cool Modern AU that I had then but never posted anything about it, in which Hornet who's barely an adult gets slapped with the responsibility of being a legal guardian to her half siblings.

So far I've just decided to draw scenarios but yeah that's what I got.

Ok, why so little fics about dark percy???

why waste such potential???????

why not letting him get angry??????

He deserves that! like there is so much oportunities for him to just go "Fuck it I'll do it this way" and show how powerful he is, yes he already does that, but, does he? no he doesn't, he just goes on insctinct and follows Annabeth or Jason or whoever is in charge even if he's the one in charge he follows his own morals to a point he has to remember himself in which side is he on, all because he loves his mom and she deserves happiness.

But sally isn't going to be happy worrying about a son that might survive or not to a profecy, to a war, to a mission sent all the way to the other end of the world. nuh uh.

Percy knows that but because the gods don't care and see the demigods as their chess pieces, they don't know the demigods themselves could be another player. that's what Luke did on the first book! he just decided to become a player, yet he was a piece at the same time controled by another player that was only able to play thanks to him.

Poseidon said Percy was his favorite child, BUT IT DIDN'T FEEL LIKE IT AFTER THAT!

What the fuck was that whole ordeal if in the end Percy ended up getting manhadled by hera and put into a come where he lost time of his short life compared to the one of a god and bam Poseidon didn't do anything about it!

HOW COULD HE? didn't he said he was his favorite??? nah, he was following Zeus' orders because his brother was driven by paranoia and didn't question it.

Percy could've shown much more of his abilities to the gods, not his demigod friends, but yes, he hasn't mastered his powers, but like, why doesn't he try to practice??

Why can't fanfic authors just put him to practice when he's alone, thinking and questioning all of that?

In the first book and most of the series it's clear he doesn't like the life of a demigod but is grateful about it because of all the experiences he's had. but he's had bad thoughts ever since he was twelve, TWELVE, like that's not okay! at all!

Why is it always just refering to the House of Hades book?? like, it could've started alll the way back from book one, percy killed crusty quite agresively and no one bat an eye to that! he was ready to get revenge! like bruh

So, anyways...... give more credit when it comes to dark percy because he's always been, just, in a passive agresive way.

At least that's what I plan to use in my fic :]

Also ANNABETH, EXCUSE ME BUT WTF?? she's smarter here ngl she saw the bathroom thing with Clarisse and said, that's the one I'm gonna throw him into the lake if he doesn't use his powers again B)

Percy making an offering to his mom??? That was so much sadder than I thought.

Grover, dude, no, that was rude, he betrayed Percy's trust like nothing!! Also Rick appears in the background as a teacher at the principal's office.

But then my man said nah I'm gonna tell him the truth about his mom because that's something he needs to know. But he said it so Percy would want to go to the mission, which is something that kinda happens in the books.

Percy wants to go to the mission because he wanted to save his mom. So yeaaah!

Mr. D, that scene was so pjo coded idk how to explain it but damn, that's feels like something Dionysus would try to do in the books with the new campers. Which is canon now thanks to Rick

Anyways I would keep making posts about the series as I rewatch it to point out stuff :]

How come there are so many fics in AO3 about Poseidon deciding to be a good father after Percy saved the world???? Yes the angst and stuff but listen.

If he had been a good father since the beginning, imagine the angst potential afterwards because Percy could've notice it might be a farce to be on the "good side" so there's the possibility of him thinking his father was lying to him all the time! Then bam you can make a fic about demigods overthrowing Olympus or something...

I might try to write that.....

So uh, been playing a lot of Warframe and Zenless Zone Zero lately, and i gotta say, the new update for Warframe is fun, and ZZZ is just fun in general.
