Incident report: initial encounter/meeting between alpha trion's pupil Orion pax and d-16, a miner turned gladiator in the gladiatorial pits of kaon

Known weapons equipped during incident: orion pax was equipped with a standard type three circular shaped arming shield resting on a magnetic docking clamp attached to his back and was varying between one and two handed wielding of a large resonance blade ended war ax, of which the ax blade itself was kept to a superheated glowing orange color thanks to advance heating coil circuits built into the weapon. Gladiator d-16 was equipped with the usual fair of a high prominence kaon gladiator: an irregularly shaped one handed sword in one hand and a kaon gladiatorial pits style shield on the opposite forarm
Incident basic description: gladiator d-16 was engaging Orion pax but despite his greater proficiency at gladiatorial combat was hampered by the necessity of not getting wounded by the ax blade of Orion pax's weapon
Megatron didn't bat an optic as he skimmed through each word mentioned in the report like an uninterrupted ritual.
Among his reports, he was perhaps befuddled to see this in his reach. The indication of the designation in this is what caught him and was the first flag where he raises his brows.
"D-16, a miner turned gladiator"
In the mines each and every bot was assigned a digit designation, unique enough to be identified at first calling. That fact felt enough for him to nagate the thought of another D-16 being mentioned in this enigmatic datapad.
But the bafflement was there as this referred D-16 was him yet not him as he held no memory or experience of gladiatorial combat. Yes he was trained in war combat under the Elite Highguards but that happened after his arrival on the surface. So at first he couldn't fathom the reasoning of gladiartorial arena of Kaon being mentioned so succinctly.
Even the identity of that mentioned Orion pax's had left him in loops at first glance.
"Alpha trion's pupil Orion pax"
That statement itself was fallacy. Tales of all the primes glory, victory and unwarranted demise were recorded far before D-16 or Orion pax was online and started their servitude as miners.
Each and every information about them in that file was nothing but falsehood except the later section of the report. Only that portion held somewhat of what happened just with different characters in play.
His thoughts had him gazing at his revamped canon as his memories of that cycle peek in his mind. But the grip of the inexplicable data was far more riveting for that memory to stay subtle in his mind.
His initial thought process was to discard that datapad as he couldn't see much utilisation of anything in it due to the lack of credence of the information but something inside him questioned the legitimacy of this data as well.
To whom this was sent initially? And why with forged information about them which lacks reality in it.
At least in this reality.
The datapad in question has been kept by shockwave for further testing of its transmission channels ever since. The decepticon science's curiosity was ignited after discovering the disparity between frequency of the wavelength which holds a strong gap, enough to declare it to be inter-dimensional. Megatron just nodded at that time and granted Shockwave to continue as usual to bring him exemplary results with one thought in mind.
"D? Do you believe that there are other versions of us? Living a different life?"
His past self once scoffed at the very idea but never dismissed it.
But now only time and patience will be able to unveil this mystery to him and who knows what more of it.
