I aggressively dislike the fanon that Lalwen died in the Bragollach. It feels (to me) far too much like killing her off for plot purposes, so that she doesn't hang around Fingon and fic writers don't have to worry about what she does in the Nirnaeth. 

Also, I have a headcanon that she becomes almost like a mother figure to Fingon and they both help each other cope with Fingolfin's death/the general situation. She is definitely a huge influence on him as he is adjusting to suddenly and unexpectedly being king. Which just makes me really really happy.

LALWEN LIVES, OKAY. (At least in my fic verse. Although I'm not sure what happens to her in the end... I haven't decided yet.)

omg I absolutely ADORE your turgon yes!! in this last picture and the one with finrod as well. he's perfect. Ive always had a bit of a problem picturing him but your art has really shown me the light in that case =D (and I love all the other gondolindrim as well of course! aredhel eeeeek <3)

oh thANK YOUUUU dear! i love everything about gondolin/gondolindrim! and turgon oh my he is gorgeous, wise, noble (OK stop batsy) i basically imagine him so princely that i really cant draw how perfect he is on my mind (ok im exaggerating but you get the idea). I had the same feeling with finrod haha

i just think people are getting worked up about this for no reason and there are gonna be disagreements and things can get very rude very easily especially when one party has the upper hand of anonymity.

hmmm tbh I think 'if any' refers to 'if they succeed in reclaiming erebor at all', then profits are distributed, and I still think technically the money for rebuilding would fall to the durins mostly

yeah i think it's likely a both "if we survive" and "if we have anything left over." because a lot of the treasure still likely belongs to actual people, so it would mean "that which is strictly from the treasury and not every single piece of gold and shit that is in the city."
