Well, this is different. It's a 1990 build in a 9 unit development in Waitsfield, VT. 2bds, 2ba, 1,100sqft, $495k. The lot is 1.77 acres, which is pretty large for a home in a development.
I must say that this is kind of creepy.
Here we are at the front door.
Either the photos aren't great, or it's the actual shape of the house that's just weird, but this is the living room.
I could understand one life sized cutout of their child, but two?
There's a stove in this corner. The house isn't very large, and the awkward shape makes it tighter.
Nice 1/2 bath.
Not sure if that's the only room on this level, but this is one of the staircases.
It does look like the dining area is on another level and it's a small space.
It's so hard to make the kitchen out b/c of the clutter. It does look like there are stairs to the left, and look at the slanted wood piece next to the stove. I would promptly trip over that.
There are lots of angles, including the counter that comes to a sharp point. So before I tripped, I'd get that point right in the midsection. Geez, that thing is lethal.
I like the shape of the sink.
There are only 2 bedrooms, and this one looks like the primary. It has doors to an interesting looking terrace.
And, this is the 2nd bath. Look at the angle of the sink in the counter.
I would say that these stairs go up to the large office/workroom. Look at the railing. That little "tunnel" with the curved ceiling looks like an entrance to the kitchen, b/c it has the same black floor, but it also looks like there are more stairs in there. Confusing home.
I don't know what this room is supposed to be, but they currently have a drafting table and office things up here.
