How is it possible that this unbelievably beautiful condo located on the private 5th floor of the St. Louis, MO Museum is only $299k, (reduced $10k), + $154m/HOA. The 1930 condo has 2bds, 2ba, 1,500sqft. You gotta see this.

This is the hallway. As soon you get out of the elevator you can feel the fabulousness.

I would go nuts living in a building like this.

The condo looks like an industrial loft and was designed by St. Louis artist Bob Cassilly.

Even without the owner's art, it's still well worth $299k.

Condo in a big 1903 stone church is a steal in Milford, MI, b/c it's a short sale. It has 2bds, 3ba, 1,600sqft, and is $699,900 + $320mo. HOA. You can decorate this sooo Gothic or Medieval Castle. Take a look.

This unit has the entrance hall. I bet the baptismal font was in this area.

This is the tower that you see in the front. You can go all the way to the top.

Higher up- they blocked off a window here.

And, this is the uppermost level. No bell? Very cool, nevertheless. It has to be the best unit, b/c it includes the tower.

The best part of all.

Look at the stone walls and gothic arches. Not to mention the niches and stained glass windows. Is this awesome or not?

I can't believe the gorgeous stone.

They went with white to brighten it up. I'm thinking that those niches in the walls are the Stations of the Cross. Most Catholic churches have them in the walls.

I love the location of this 1930 condo in the clock tower overlooking Station Square in Forest Hills Gardens, NY. It's a junior 1bd, 1ba 450 sq ft apt., and it's $329k + $1,025 mo. HOA fee. It's currently gray and bland, but it could be done up colorful and cute.

The main room is in the clock tower and has the shape of it.

It's larger than I thought it would be. You can get a full size couch in here, with room to spare.

From the living room, you enter the small bedroom.

And, then the tiny kitchen.

There's not much storage and I suppose that you would eat in the living room.

Finally, the bath, which is a shower room, is directly off the kitchen.

It's a shame that there's no access to this terrace.

You're actually paying for the location.

To work in NYC, you're right at the station that goes directly to Penn and Grand Central.

So, you're living in a beautiful village.

And, you can see NYC from here. I'm surprised that it doesn't cost more.
