Digibash based on a tweet by @ Galvstudios22 using Getaway and Sunstreaker as examples of antagonistic Autobots, but I think I got something different out of it
This started out as a different character, but I changed it because the back guns were starting to give me IDW Thunderclash vibes
I wasn't even thinking about how every time a new truck with a trailer comes along people demand it get recolored into Thunder Clash, makes this mold feel even more of a quirky option for him
I never thought we'd get a flying Ratchet with decent Nautica retool potential, but I guess that's the beauty of Cyberworld for ya
Typically when we find out a new toy is getting released I lose interest in whatever digibashes I'm working on for that character
But for whatever reason hearing that a new Thunderwing is coming made me want to pull this out of my drafts and finish it
Can't even use the horror monster collab logo we already have, because The Fly is owned by 20th Century Fox not Universal
Ideally you would be able to rotate the wings all the way around to hide the lab coat detail in insect mode, but its difficult to depict that in a digibash
This is a love attack, I know it went out, but it's back. It's just like any fad, it retracts before impact.
