Photoshop VS Illustrator?
Photoshop:
Adobe Photoshop is a brilliant peice of software for modifying images or graphics, like photos. Photoshop is by far Adobe’s most popular and well know programme. Raster or bitmap graphics are created in Photoshop. If you zoom into a photo or grahic created by photoshop the lines will be all jagged this is because raster images are made up of individual colored squares, known as pixels. Everything in Photoshop is just a series of pixels, so if you're scaling something up or down, it can lose its quality very quickly. Photoshop is a popular choice for web graphics, photo editing and designs since those projects will stay at a fixed size. Editing photos is probably the main reason photoshop was created thats why it is brilliant for it! There are so many tool that can help edit images, pretty much every publication will use photoshop to edit or just to sharpen up the images.
Illustrator:
Adobe Illustrator is an advanced vector-based software. In Illustrator, a line is composed of two dots connected by a computer algorithm, instead of just a line of pixels. Because of this, Illustrator is used often to create logos or anything that may need to be printed or displayed at different sizes. A vector graphic will never lose its quality if it's scaled up or down. Illustrator will also give you a better print output since it's not resolution dependent. A drawback of Illustrator is that it can't be used easily to modify images that are already created, since there are limited filters and image editing tools available to you.

Henrik Ibsen:
Retro Hero: Evaluation!
For the past six or seven weeks we have been given the task to create our own retro hero. The start of the process was in my eyes the most needed but yet the most painful, shall we say for now, which was looking into different heroes and seeing what kind of retro hero we could place together by looking at different elements of different heroes that we like. Even though I didn't really like this part all too much I still found it useful in seeing different heroes and what powers they process that I didn't know about. Even though I did find some aspect of different heroes that I liked, I wanted I create someone that I have completely made up from my imagination, hits forth, I ended up in creating Hunter Fox.
The second part of the process was the idea generating. When it comes to me creating ideas I don't tend to write them down, but rather, draw what come to my mind and try to improve on some aspects on the charter. This might not really help my paperwork side of things, however, this is why I was able to come up with the design I got for Hunter.
The third and final stage was in actually making the charter that we spent doing research and thinking up different ideas on the subject. This was clearly the most time consuming, but in a strange was most entertaining part of the process. However, it was also the most frustrating part of everything that we had to do, this stage also includes in making a background setting for our charters to be in.
Through out this project, I find that I have developed mew skills in Photoshop and Illustrator, also finding new and different things that I had no idea that we could do in the first place. I think that my final piece for this project was quite well made at the end and looks okay and not too shabby. I do wish that I am able to edit a few things such as Hunters weapon and the colour of his hair, but by the time I had thought of these things it was already too late to go back a change my mind. But the end story of the novella is that I am quite happy with my end results for my first project.
