Finished (click to enlarge). Added bbq pork, sesame seeds, Salad Cosmo mung bean sprouts, and spring onion. The noodles came out quite well after a spin in the microwave - nice chew and gauge to them. The flavor is pretty spot on when compared to cooking beef and Lee Kum Kee Korean BBQ sauce like we do and put over rice. Was surprised. Bits of garlic here and there.
