New Economic World Order and its Global Commons Learning Cycles

Consider the current situation with the social construct economic order. The banks are there, the investment markets are there, the products are there, the tax systems are there and the whole network of agents and consumer choice orders are there, but there is no consciousness of the diversity in the global distribution of wealth and prosperity, no sustainable relationship with the earth, and no synchrony with the civilization rhythms of progress. Now consider the whole variety of the universals and particulars that have gathered together according to the planned civilization state economic order. 

“Work”, for example, is a new structured domain with its own universals and particulars such that whenever is performed in a Sashiage spirit of service and purposeful effort gives nation states a steady and stable economic life in harmony with the civilization and cultural natural orders. It is the totality of such noble efforts and spiritual offerings of skills that have most contributed to the civilization building processes and therefore have greatly enhanced the health of the global commons of the planet. 

We can say "global commons" includes cultivation of a new culture of learning in economics- one of synchronously and harmony with civilization states ways of learning, generating wealth and increasing happiness and comprises of two interlinked universal cycles.

The first cycle involves all the processes that enable everyone and every entity to take the unlimited knowledge resources from the global discourse library network and structure them into the wealth generating workplace lines of activities.

The second cycle involves the self-similar interoperability operations that consolidate the totality of the efforts, knowledge, and skills of all the workplaces and their division of labour into a united synchronization effort that cultivate the culture of learning elements that in turn deliver the right knowledge in the right discourse vehicle to the global discourse libraries.

When a commercial line of effort put forth contracts in order to encourage and develop a high degree of expertise and specialization in its division of labour, then it also can link to this wealth generating network- not in the relationship of contracts- but in the relationship of united efforts that colours all the lines of efforts within the network.
