“Onyx is my husband. He’s a member of the military, pretty sweet with me and all… I love him and junk. Here’s a photo of him from years ago, when he was younger.”

“He…” Senkou seems to have trailed off, becoming distracted with something.

Wha-what??? Astro was just left on your doorstep?! And Flash just moved in?! Those poor babies.

“Yes, it really was… such a shame what happened to those two. Flash still has… difficulties… dealing with his loss, and although his mother is still around, she’s… not the nicest mare. Wild Spirit had also lost her entire family… You would never guess though, considering how cheerful and carefree she acts.

“I assure you though, they are all healthy, happy, and living balanced lives. They have all the potential to do literally anything they want with their lives, and they are truly good foals. I’m so proud of them.” 

“These kids didn’t deserve to have this kind of baggage but… we can’t change the past. The best I can do for them is be a good father, and I’m confident that I’m doing my job well. Onyx is also fulfilling his role well, even if he must be away at work quite often.”
