i dont know why im thinking abt this again even tho whatever prompted it happened like 5 minutes ago but i think im experinecing autistic burnout & dissociation & seasonal depression & fatigue all at once and have been for a while probably. and everybting says like. not getting enough suppoet & having too much stress & masking all the time r things that can cuase autistic burnout. & like. i do think i need more support and i probably have needed tht for a long time. idk hAving a case worker would be helpful & maybe a different type of therapy i dont know. idk going to the crisis unit was like. the routine & daily checkins & daily therapy n stuff was all rlly helpful for me but i cNt just. live st the crisis unit. i looked in2 long term residential treatment a couple months ago but that shit was so expensive thetes no way i could ever afford it eithout being in so much debt for the rest of my life. i dobt know i guess i just know i need more support but idk What support i need or how much itd cost or anything anf it feels easier to just. live like this. But also its not easy at all.
