The non-formal group of people – Maltese Youth Ensemble made something extremely useful for every young person in the whole world. A project, but not just an ordinary one, which gathers together people from different places, but a project, which leads to new skills, powerful influence about the main topics – racism, refugees, etc., strong friendships and a lot of fun mixed with hard work. The project “Unlock Music”, funded under the Erasmus+ programme, took place in Gozo, Malta, a place where you can find out what is the feeling to be in Paradise. So clean, so yellow, sunny, infinity blue beaches, people from everywhere around the world and long summer, which never ends, maybe. We did a lot of group activities. Some of them I use in my daily routine, because they are productive, helpful and keep me in a great mood. We learnt how to be more creative, how to work together with people from different cultures with many interesting ideas and how to put thirty important opinions in one simple, but strong message. It was an amazing experience for me and I made a lot of connections, which I will use in the future. Even now, while I’m writing this article, my eyes are sparkling, my heart is warm and the memories make me feel joyful and thankful for these days in Malta. Hope to see all of the participants again soon and I definitely want to take part in project like this again and again… and again!
