Ok. First of all, if you really do need to know, I do know who he is, and it’s a little insulting for you to say that. Second, maybe you could start off with a “Hey, I miss you,” or “How is your trip going?” or basically anything but that! … That might be a little harsh. Look, I’m sorry, okay? He left so suddenly, and just… Yeah. I should have considered otherwise, but I’ve seen so much and I don’t really regret it.

Of course you don't, Touko. Everything you do is right, right? You go chasing after some strange guy and leave your childhood friends and your mom behind. No big deal, right? What the hell has he ever done for you? He was nothing but a bump in the road on your way to becoming champion. That's it. He was working with Ghetsis of all people. Remember? The man that tried to kill you before we all showed up? Yeah! He worked for that guy!
I just don't get it.....You leave behind everything important to chase after this guy. Your best friends. We've always been here for you Touko. But where are you? You're chasing after a man who doesn't give a damn about you. It might sound harsh, but it's the cold hard truth and I think you need to hear it from someone. You and I both know Bianca could never tell you, but I assure you she feels the same way I do.

Touko, I know this is very sudden and....kind of uncalled for. But....Bianca thinks that I need to get this off my chest if I'm ever going to get over it. I'm mad at you. I guess that's the best way to describe it without this being too long winded. I'm mad that you left me and Bianca behind without saying a word. I'm mad that you chased after some psycho who can talk to Pokemon without even knowing who he was. I'm mad that you just left everything you knew behind to chase after that man. Most of all, I'm mad that you seemed to completely forget that me and Bianca even existed. How could you do that to us? We were your best friends. We thought so anyway. You've made it quite clear that we're the least of your worries.....
Our Journey Starts Now | Touko and Cheren
This was it! This was the day that he was going to start his journey. He had finally come of age. He was finally old enough to leave him and start his own journey as a Pokemon trainer. It had always been a dream of his since he was a child. There was a sense of excitement in the air. Something that Cheren very rarely felt. The normally serious, adult-like teen smiled to himself as he waved a farewell to his parents before rushing off to Touko's house.
"Hello! Is Touko home?" A brief greeting was exchanged between Touko's mother and himself before he was allowed inside. He rushed up the stairs to his friend's room before bursting eagerly through the door. On the table, he spotted a box. No doubt the Pokemon that he and his friend would have to choose from. The smile on his face faded a bit, though, as he noticed that Bianca had arrived as well. He hadn't been told that she would be joining them on the journey. He decided against announcing his disappointment, though. Instead, he made his way over to the girl's sides and picking up one of the Pokeballs for himself.
"So, these are the Pokemon we get to choose from, huh?" He looked to Touko before looking back to the box, taking note of the labeled Pokeball that was missing. If he guessed right, the fire starter known as Tepig would be a sure win against Touko's Snivy. He could only hope. If he worked things out just right, he could be the one that earns the title of champion before Touko could even think about going there. Nothing wrong with a little friendly competition, right? Ok, so maybe it wasn't so friendly.
