i keep seeing movements, feeling random touches and hearing sounds that i can’t explain. i thought the movements & touches were bugs bc summer is now in full swing and i have bug paranoia, but i heard a random loud buzzing sound right behind me just now (like a dryer going off) and last night i felt something with fur brush against me (with my cat nowhere in sight), and now i’m just like... a little concerned

psychosis sure is a fun trip i tried to strip off all my skin again and now it hurts to have stuff touvhing my arms/legs/chest but i gotta bc the same thing tht makes me tear m skin off becuase its not attached to my fukvcing body means i have to be covered up 100% of the time because opeople seeing my skin besides kmy hands/face trigger s me to hell anfd back!!! fuck!!!!!!!!!!!!
