last night I had my first major breakdown in front of my roommate like i couldn't stop crying and my best friend came over and i wanted to die like boy was i being tempted with good old kms but im good now and now my roommate knows how it is sometimes

For my speech group project apparently they decided without consulting me to do the project about suicide and self harm and it's like.... everyone in my group is neurotypical and I just.... really have been feeling the burn of depression and have been having increased suicide ideation lately and like............ I'm severely mentally ill and I just fjdjdj don't want to.... do this.... I don't want to be reminded of it and hear neurotypicals talk about it around me....
