Now that I've been active again on tumblr for a few months suppose I might as well write up a lil summary/introduction post to pin here!

-quite fond of lists

-obsessed with The Ballad of Tam Lin and DWJ

I got so cross-fucked the other night that I rocked up to my Shakespeare class the next morning still fairly drunk, it made my professor's lecture on act 1 scene 4 and act 2 scenes 2-4 of Measure for Measure absolutely more entertaining. He showed us clips of a2s2 from a movie version and quietly recited along with Isabella's speech about Justice and authority and then fist-pumped and said Yay! afterwards. I made eye-contact with a classmate and couldn't help but burst into a fit of giggles.

god this takes me back... getting in from parties at 5am, staying up for another few hours talking about how we’re totally going to be fine for class, and then rocking up to my 10am class on linguistics or criminal law or computer science absolutely outside of my body, 94% feral. it was awful but at the same time it was such a feeling to walk across the campus early in the morning, still kind of drunk, or to sit in a shaft of sunlight in the classroom (especially my law classes, which were in a literal castle) and feel the warmth and use it to stay clipped into my body. it was almost dreamlike, and I do kind of miss it, even if at the time it felt like pain and suffering.

What does it even say about me that my stress-shopping-slash-"my boss gave me a Xmas bonus"-spree ended with $100 spent on two volumes of Homestuck, a collar pins/chain set (gods every time I hear the phrase 'collar chain' my brain goes in five directions oof) and two shot glasses saying I'M TOO SOBER FOR THIS SHIT and SOUNDS GAY I'M IN respectively?? and all of it is somehow completely on-brand... why is my aesthetic so much gay trash internet gremlin energy, does this even count as decadence

decadence is quite literally the act of spoiling yourself and indulging in the things you love with no heed to anything other than feeling damn good about yourself so I’d say this is decadence… as for what it says about you? it says that you know what’s good
