I know I have great patience because I buy unripe mango and pineapple and systematically check on them as the ripen on my counter top over the course of 7 days or so.

Impatient me is now eating 1/4 of a crunchy avocado. (Cut it so uneven to boot lol.) It doesn't taste too green but it's still a bit hard at the same time. Took the other portion and wrapped it tightly in plastic wrap.

To fix the green taste I added sugar and a banana. It's not too bad. Hopefully the remaining portion will rippen. And I'm aware it will brown in the process.
