Lore fact: The house of Karen Horse Quinn ( @single-mother-karen-quinn ) is widely regarded by the rest of the neighborhood to be, “haunted,” and, “unsellable.” Many real estate agents have attempted.
Making things worse for these economic leeches, there have been infrequent, often unproven claims of noises coming from the house, or even flashes of light. Some have reported kids and the occasional young adults entering the premises, and have rarely seem them exit as well.
