Drunken Mistakes:Did they get married? What's going on? Our characters can't remember and have to piece together the night before.
Anastasia had woken up first, with Will following suit, both were quite disheveled and with a headache to boot. She pressed a hand to her forehead, blue hues squinting at the male just ahead, jumping up as she realised they were stuck in an unfamiliar room."Bloody hell, what happened here?" Will had spoken, probably referring to the mess scattered around them (which included mountains of bottles, a goat and an unknown man sleeping in the corner)."I dunno, but my head's killing." Gone had her royal stature and what was left was her old persona. Anastasia scanned the room carefully, trying to work out the puzzle that had somehow started to form in her mind, only to stop midway because the throbbing was too much for her to handle. Instead, she threw a hand to her head, while Will stared at her accusingly."Was this your doing, Anastasia?" Her heart skipped a beat when she heard him say her name (just like it always did) and without realising, she broke out into a grin. Anastasia was quite aware that she probably looked suspicious to Will, but it did not matter to her in the slightest. "Can't really remember, but we better find out--er, and maybe see who that is." She nudged her head to the sleeping male (whom she still did not recognise in the slightest--albeit, he was turning away from her). As she inched closer, she was happy that he was because a horrid stench was circling him. She did not have a chance to warn Will, as he was already making him way there."Okay, mate, time to--oh, bloody hell!" Will had exclaimed, waking up the man and goat in the process. Soon they were faced with the exclaims of a drunken male and a whimpering goat (which was grating on Anastasia's last nerve). "Can someone shut that bloody goat up." It was suddenly looking like a tasty meal, but the drunken man had already taken off with the goat, complaining about the lack of peace. Anastasia and Will were not at all satisfied with this response and did their best to side-step said man for him to relay information to them."--Uhhh, somethin' 'bout havin' baby goat," he hiccuped, rather intoxicated still from the previous night, "Yer baby--named it Steven." Nothing about that seemed familiar to Anastasia, nor did it to Will (both exchanging looks of confusion about the whole ordeal. "Ol' man dow' road might know. He gave room.""Come on, Will. Let's go find out." She was already setting off without him, and though he considered on leaving it to her, he followed to where she was standing. Anastasia, though, was making the most of it, she was enjoying her time with Will and she found it to be like their old days--which she'd desperately wanted to go back to."Okay, mate, fess up." Will did the talking, and though the elderly man did not speak at first, he soon spilled all his secrets when Anastasia flashed him a smile--no doubt, using her femininely charms. "You, sir, you asked for a room. Said you needed a place for your lady and baby. I explained that you would only be able to share and that pets were not allowed." "So, we have a baby, eh?" Anastasia teased Will, though his reaction was not one she wanted, she threw a weak smile his way and while he did soften a little, it was still not what she desired. However, the answers seemed to have all been solved and she realised that Will would be off on his way and she suddenly did not want him to go--alas, she said nothing."Well--I'll be off now. Gotta deal with this headache of mine." A brief smile was thrown her way, before he threw up a hand to wave her off. The smile was still shown on her lips--a real smile--a knowing smile, that she honestly knew of the adventure that had happened and would cherish it, forever.
