I've been watching so much stand up that I naturally went from the "What kind of stand up would I do?" question to wondering about Sam and Dean.

I think Dean would start with one of these dumb "You can't say anything/everything is too PC these days" intros and then segue into funny observational stuff, and surprise people with how weird he actually is beneath the clichés. Make up a lot of words and innuendoes. Sam is more difficult. I think he'd rather just not do it at all. But if he had to, I think his set would be self deprecating and dark.
