Life Update

I got Covid a few weeks ago and it was gross. I'm mostly fine now. Tested negative and all - cough lingered, but I'm still getting tired easily.

Cognitively, I'm fucked up. It's the strangest thing. They call it "brain fog" but it's no so much like foggy brain from bad allergies as it is any pre-existing mental oddities you had before are now amplified. At least for me. I feel like I have ADHD now, can't focus, executive function issues, my sleep's getting fucked and anyway.... I don't even really know why I'm putting this here except to say I am still alive even though I've not actually been on in a few weeks. (Honestly I was surprised to see the queue still going but those of you who've been here a while know I'm the Queue Queen so I guess I shouldn't have been surprised.)

Anyway, things are fuckin' weird. I don't know how I'm going to continue working my current job with my brain fucked like this, it could last weeks or it could last years. The good news is I'm already interviewing therapists.

Do what you will with this information.

But mostly, know I'm still here and alive. I do miss y'all - especially YOU specifically if you've read this far.
