Hated to let it recede too far in the past... at work we’re doing stuff for a client that [makes a product associated with wine; not sure I’m allowed to talk in detail about it so I’ll withhold information]. Had a morning meeting and hadn’t had chance to try the product yet so I poured a glass of morning wine, then left it, uh, breathing on the counter ‘til a reasonable wine-hour.
