Moonshot woke with a groan. Something didn’t feel good at all - his head hurt, his body hurt - and he couldn’t think back to when he went to sleep. No, this hadn’t been sleep, this feels different... but just how was it different? Why was it so difficult to think?
Before he could come to any conclusion, he stirred, and quickly noticed that he was wearing a sort of collar above his armor, the collar being seemingly connected to something he was lying on - he wasn’t able to get up properly. He cursed for a few seconds, pulling against the chain, but nothing gave, and he decided to instead look around as much as he could. On one side, he only saw firm-looking walls, and ceiling and ground. There wasn’t really anything in sight that told him anything, except that this didn’t seem like his usual places for sleeping (which meant mostly rooftops, on Earth). The other side, there was a... a table, or perhaps a stretcher, and someone was lying on it. Grunting, Moonshot pulled himself up a little (as far as he could, really, which wasn’t much) so he could see more, and he recognized that outfit. “Hey! Hey, are you awake? What’s happening?” Had he been meeting Ariel before this happened? Ugh, why couldn’t he recall anything?
