Along with good liquid ferts, a little co2, and fertilised substrate, I like to use just white and red because plants grow best under red light. I also really like red leafed plants so the red light along with iron ferts really helps with that

Story Time

So I was at the Vancouver Aquarium the other day, and I'm in the frog section and a sign caught my eye.

It had a very famous picture of a Golden Toad and I thought, "Hmm. That's weird, I thought they were extinc-"

So anyway there's an enclosure that they maintain just to keep empty because they're absolutely savage
