The last image shows the 3 community bowls that visitors to the centre can wind up. they are filled with messages of things that they want to let go of....about 105 messages inside there.

BIG #pop up instal happening here on Saturday 25th june. For the first time ever all the #winding bowls I have made over the last few years in #Adelaide will be available for #contemplation together in one huge #concrete zen #garden of #objects at #theSHOWroom #aldingashoppingcentre. #Contemporaryart in #local #shops plus #mindfulness and #community #vibes. Love you Central management for making this happen ! #palomaconcierta is very #excited !!! If you were part of the #unwindALDINGA project the 3 bowls that hold all your messages or things that you are #lettinggo of will be included in this #installationart. #unwindALDINGA #Welcome back to #bowl #bowl2 and #bowl3 as they began this Saturday. The following posts will show you just how much a few winds can change things. What I find fascinating is that the back of the bowls always look so much like one person did them and the front of the bowls display the obvious individuality of the different winders. I can't help but think in fact what we are all #lettinggo of is the same thing and that as humans our #individuality, as important as it is is also the key to our #weakness. I was asked yesterday if this works...my answer is as good as yours. If you want to let go of something and you put a note in the bowl, that is in itself an affirmative statement. Every #wind around these bowls represents a wilfulness to be #better as a #human. So far there have been 80 contributing artists building these bowls. Yesterday was the 3rd #session of 'wind to unwind' the #mindfulness #unwindALDINGA project at #onkaparingayouth #aldingashoppingcentre ...I will do a few pop up sessions at #coffee shops this week, tour the bowls around with me, and then be back at #studio20 next Saturday 10am...with the #ambient #soundtrack so you can #unwind and #letitgo ....if you feel like it. This is my goal: #contemporaryart on the move in into our #contemporary day to day #locations.
