Splicing Method The system supports both semi-automatic splicing and automatic roll changing:

Semi-automatic splicing: The diameter of the new roll is set manually. During the splicing process, the operator only needs to press the cut-off button to complete the splicing action.

Automatic roll changing: Roll changing is achieved entirely automatically without the need to press any buttons.

Substrate Edge Control The substrate edge can be automatically maintained at the same position via the web guiding device (servo web guide driver). The unwinder can perform high-speed active unwinding or passive unwinding on both the front and back sides. Equipped with a web guide system, the deviation correction for the entire machine is highly sensitive and reliable.

Working Principle: The forward and reverse rotation of the cross turnover arm is controlled by a worm gear mechanism, while the forward and reverse rotation of the air expanding shaft is controlled by a timing belt and gear mechanism. The unwinding tension of the paper is detected and precisely controlled through the fluctuation amplitude of the dancer roller assembly.

"A weird meta comic about the day to day lives of precocious kid and the people he knows living in the midwest. Later on in the archive after the creator does a soft reboot other smaller comic ideas (like The Santa Zone) also show up. Powerup Comics is a spin-off that takes place in the same universe."
