Progress shot #1: The Beginning. Starting weight: 75 kg Goal weight: 64 kg Mood: Chronically low and unmotivated, self-esteem somewhere below my knees. Diet: Mediocre, eating my feelings, mostly plant-based Exercise: Will start with going outdoors for walks, swimming and dancing. Need to be careful with my back. Non-Scale-Goals: 10 Pull-Ups, Splits, fit into favourite jeans, be assertive more often

Almost done!

Okay... I REALLY tried to get the update pic done today! It just didn't quite happen. Don't worry though, it should be done tomorrow and it will be better off for it! I want to get better at making my images less static and breathe more life into my art!!! Even if that art is just an update piece. Hopefully the effort will be well worth it to you guys as well.
