Today ya’ll are getting full on booty in my last two clips. Sorry 🤷♀️ First one is my crow. I know my arms are NOT straight. Like at all. However, LOOK HOW FAR MY KNEES ARE UP IN MY ARMPITS. Today was the first time I really got them up there, which will only assist my my arm straightening goals (thank you core practice). At the end where I dropped, I was trying to float/jump back off of crow into Chathuranga. You can also see that did not go well. Also, check out that forward fold #goals I spent most of the last 45 minutes, of my THREE HOUR practice today, upside down. Why? Because I hate tripod anything. Of course, that only means I have to work on it more. I’m getting better at finding my balance and engaging my core, but dear lord I can NOT get my elbows to stop flying all over the place. I am thinking about starting to use my strap to reign them in a bit. Not featured was my supported headstand press practice, which I also hate, but I can lower my legs parallel to the floor without dropping them. I just can’t get them back up 😞. I also did some non wide legged fold entrance into tripod. It did not go well. In addition, small handstand practice. I am finding it easier to get up, just not holding. Maybe I’ll post progress sometime this week. I also did some firefly. Let’s just not talk about how that went. Okay?
