I know that anyone needs to here it, so take this: If you cry a lot and a tired and overwhelmed and so on, you are not weak. You are the contrary. You still keep going, you‘re still alive, you‘re probably even doing the same tasks as everyone else (brushing your teeth, getting dressed, going out maybe). You‘re doing that although you suffer from strong pressure or stress or anxiety or something like that. Something other people don’t have to fight again. And you still keep going. That doesn’t make you weak. It shows how incredibly strong you are.
That’s something I sometimes need to tell myself so I figured for some of you it would be cool to read it as well.
