maybe like 1% of them are funny. and usually because they make fun of confession tumblrs
I've seen those parody ones, and I have laughed at them because the parodies are so Frickin accurate to what usually happens.

I’unno, I like some of those confessions because some people actually make positive, non-hateful ones. But those types of confessions are less common than the hateful, negative ones, which is sad » There should be one for just positive things! :D
I think that's exactly where the problem lies. Those negative confessions trigger emotional responses-- more often then not explosive ones-- that then cause a domino effect that ends up stressing out, hurting everyone involved from the people who run the blog, to the person who submitted the confession, to the people who disagree or agree with it as they bicker and react to what was confessed, to the people who are not involved in the bickering but have to watch it appear on their dashboard.
I find the reactions to the confessions, as much as the confessions themselves, generally distressing.
