This is SO hard to answer because I have been to some unbelievable places and I'm not one to play favorites, so here is a non-exhaustive list in absolutely no particular order -

Smith Rock

Lake Tahoe

Carrizo Plains

Mangroves in Singapore

The deserts of California

Maui

The volcanic mountain ranges of California

Yosemite

Yellowstone

Bryce, Moab, the Zion Narrows, all of this area

Olympia

Banff and the surrounding wilderness

Hey, I was hoping one of your followers may be able to help me with an odd question. I found some old black and white photos while renovating my house, and I was hoping to find information on the people. Census data after 1920 isn't available to the public and the city archives weren't too helpful, any tips on where I may look would be greatly appreciated.

About that story of the Canadian Water Bomber that may have crashed in Portugal, according to Portuguese news the plane never crashed. It had some issues went below the trees but managed to pull up before hitting the ground.

I’d say your trademark would be crazy animal facts. Every couple of days I’ll see something something on your blog about some animal and I’m just like “that’s fucking wild”

RIGHT?!! That's definitely true. I am a little obsessed with the non-human animal experience, especially after reading An Immense World by Ed Yong.
