When I saw urban and utopia together, I couldn’t help but wonder what that would look like since they have completely different associations. One being socially negative and the other referencing nothing but good things.

So, why are we urbanites wary? Here’s one: Investment skips us often, and now there’s a Northland Corridor development happening here and we have become “included,” in the negotiation process according to -Buffalo Rising-. http://buffalorising.com/2015/01/northland-corridor-reuse-project-starts-with-acquisition-of-industrial-site/
